Separately, commissioners flagged a potential June 30 deadline on CPA funds earmarked for the pending "Hubble" open space acquisition, with the commission carrying $18,000 in its own conservation fund as a fallback. The chair is in preliminary talks with an Eagle Scout candidate about trail work on the stone property off Home Street or a debris cleanup at Bonny Hill, with the scout's application due in April.
