ZBA votes to shift commercial site plan review

Hanson's Zoning Board of Appeals voted to designate the Planning Board as site plan approval authority for commercial and retail projects. The change is pending a zoning amendment and Town Meeting approval, which a speaker said will not come "until after May of 2027."
