Nine of 12 Hanson deeds this month carry no sale price, with family and trust transfers driving August's total
Hanson recorded 12 property transfers between July 31 and Aug. 29, but only three deeds disclosed a sale price: $830 for 321 Birchbark Dr., $710 for 8 Joanne Dr. and $438 for 243 Maquan St., putting the median disclosed price at $710. The other nine transactions listed no consideration amount. Seven of the 12 deeds show grantor and grantee sharing a surname or moving into a trust, suggesting many of the month's transfers were within families rather than open-market sales. Birchbark Drive was the only street with two recorded transfers. With three-quarters of deeds undisclosed, the data does not support a read on whether the market ran active or quiet this period.
