Nine Hanson Deeds Recorded in Late July, but Few Prices Disclosed
Nine property deeds were recorded in Hanson between July 10 and July 17, but only four disclosed a sale price. Among those, prices ranged from $450 to $800, with a median of $612. The period's top disclosed sale was 258 State St. at $800; the town of Hanson also acquired 61 Whitman St. from Eversource, price not disclosed. Several transfers, on State Street, Winter Terrace and Crescent Street, appear to be trust or estate transfers within the same family. With most deeds omitting price, the available data is too limited to characterize overall market conditions for the period.
