Hanson records 14 deed transfers in August, most without disclosed sale price
Plymouth County recorded 14 property deed transfers in Hanson between Aug. 7 and Sept. 5, but only five listed a sale price. Disclosed prices ranged from $215 to $875, with a median of $710. The month's top disclosed sale was 7 Elm Place, which sold for $875 on Aug. 20 to the Raymond Family Revocable Trust. Six of the 14 transfers moved property within the same family or into a trust without a disclosed price, and Birchbark Drive saw two separate transfers in the same week. With most transactions lacking price data, the month's figures reflect a limited, disclosure-dependent sample rather than the full market.
