Hanson records 12 property deeds in past month, but prices largely undisclosed
Twelve property deeds were recorded in Hanson from July 24 to Aug. 22, but only two disclosed a sale price: $438 for 243 Maquan St. and $665 for 63 Reed St., producing a median of $551 among priced sales. The other 10 deeds listed no consideration amount, and nine of the 12 transfers overall showed matching surnames between seller and buyer or involved a trust, consistent with family or trust-related transfers rather than open-market sales. Reed Street was the only street with more than one recorded deed. With prices disclosed on just two of 12 transactions, the data does not support broader conclusions about market tone this period.
