The month's top transaction was a $800,000 sale at 258 State St. The other seven transfers were nominal-consideration filings, several involving family trusts or estates, including transfers on Winter Terrace, Gorwin Drive and Gray Lane. With just three priced sales recorded, the data offers limited basis for assessing overall market tone this period.
