Hanson property transfers mostly close without disclosed price in July
Eight property transfers were recorded in Hanson between July 3 and Aug. 1, but only three deeds disclosed a sale price. Disclosed prices ranged from $450 to $800, with a median of $625. The top disclosed sale was 258 State St. at $800, sold July 15 from trustees Sarah E. Gabriel and Lauren A. Wheeler to Douglas DiBona. State Street was the only street with more than one recorded transfer. Five of the eight transactions appear to be transfers within the same family, into or out of a trust or involving an estate, based on matching names in the deed records. With most prices undisclosed, the data offers a limited read on overall market conditions this period.
