Hanson deed filings split between family transfers and open-market sales in late August
Hanson recorded 12 property deeds between Aug. 14 and Sept. 12, but only five listed a sale price, ranging from $215 to $875 with a median of $636. The period's top recorded sale was 7 Elm Pl at $875, sold by Elm Place LLC to the Raymond Family Revocable Trust. Four of the 12 deeds moved property within the same family or into a trust without disclosing a price, and Birchbark Drive and Whitman Street each saw two transfers. With price disclosed on fewer than half of all recorded deeds, the data offers only a partial picture of the local market this period.
